Human Rights Education (‘HRE’) has been a focal point of the UN’s work ever since the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed in 1948.

Our Mission

DRM Human Rights Defense is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing human rights education and U.S. immigration awareness. We design and deliver educational programs, training, and community resources that help professionals and the public apply human rights standards in real-world settings—especially when serving vulnerable populations. Through accessible guidance on U.S. immigration law and human rights protections, we empower individuals and organizations to identify, prevent, and respond to human rights violations and to promote dignity, safety, and accountability.

We provide emergency medical aid, first aid, and essential medicines. Our healthcare support reaches vulnerable communities during critical situations.

DRM Human Rights Defense

DRM Human Rights Defense actively participates in the provision of the material means necessary to make human rights a reality. Continuously involved on democratic transformation in order to increase the participation of people in the decision-making that shapes their lives and to strengthen good governance. Focused to contribute to the improvement of social, political and economic conditions, the reduction of social and political tensions, the building of peace, domestically and internationally, and the nurturing of national and international awareness of human rights.
